Fun book
I bought two copies of this book, one for each son. I made the Sheet Pan Fajita Shrimp Tacos to try out one of the recipes and it was really good. In fact, I made it again last night except instead of shrimp I used left over steak for the meat. It turned out great.
What’s neat about these taco recipes is that you can do exactly what I did last night with my left overs, you can substitute when something sounds better. There are some recipes that I would not make, but many that I would. I also like that there is a recipe for home made tortillas, sauces, salsas, Pico De Gallo, drinks and much more.

Richard gives us all a gift...
I don't recall the year I stumbled upon this book as my life was a mess. My Father had Alzheimer's, my kids were young and I was the only parent working to support my family. Like many in the same situation, I was stressed. What I do recall was how accurate Richard Taylor's writings were to what was going on with my Dad. This book brought a sense to things that previously made no sense. The book helped bring peace to me and helped me work with my Dad in his world rather from my perspective. Richard's gift to me and my family was priceless. After reading Richard's book I understood why my Dad would do, say or act out. My Dad passed in 2008 after living almost 11 years with Alzheimer's. I gave my original book to a friend who's Mother suffered from Alzheimer's. I am now reading the book nine years after Dad's passing feeling that I may get even more from Richar'd's story as I have a clear mind today.
Thank you Richard - and thank you Dad.
