(Almost) perfect

The plate holder is exactly what it purports to be and is an easy fix. One of the difficulties with older Volvos (I think every single one I've ever seen) is that these things rust out. That being said, it would be nice to include the nut/bolt combinations that secure these to the bumpers because the existing ones are always rusted and awful. I ended up needing to use an expanding spring-screw to secure the front holder.

Pure escapist lunacy

Somehow my disk of this movie was misplaced (I'm blaming the kids who take movies over to other kids' houses to play) so I only had the case and not the disk itself. I missed watching this movie, so seeing a disk-only offer was a no-brainer for me. The movie itself is a romp. While it is easy to pass this off as just another zombie movie, it is a quantum above (and probably inspired) similar films of ordinary folks against the undead. It is funny, tongue-in-cheek, while still addressing issues of relationships - with a girlfriend, best friend, mother, step-father, and favorite bar. I am frightened by "real" horror films and don't watch them, but this doesn't fall into that category. The violence is so over-the-top and cartoonish as to be laugh-inducing rather than distressful. The interplay between the escaping characters is warm and genuine, even while the entire premise must be suspended in order to settle in.

Just what I needed

I have been the victim of plenty of poor charging cables - the heads pop off, the wire exposed, they don't charge or they don't last. This one was great. I actually ordered two - one for an iPad that reaches from the wall outlet to the couch, another for a back office so my phone can charge while synched up to the stereo. Even though they are very long, they charge quickly and work perfectly. I know the era of these cables is ending, but this was a great value and something that will last a long time.
