The Queen reigns!
Queen Latifah's my GIRL! It wasn't a stretch for me to watch this--a pleasant movie, not likely to garner any award-nominations, but enjoyable nevertheless. It's been my experience that movies that have that kinda vibe are the ones you end up watching over and over. Decent story, watchable characters, good performances, realistic comic moments -- what's not to like? Plus, the price was right!

Love this movie!
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich When you see a movie at least enuf times to know practically all the dialogue, the score (the delightful Cole Porter score!!!) and then get bummed out when it's over, well.... you kinda need to own the movie! Granted, this adaptation isn't totally what Dame Agatha wrote--none of the book-to-movie exercises are that I've seen--but, it's so much fun! I love Peter Ustinov as Poirot, and all the bitchy, snarky dialogue delivered by these classically trained actors is just a riot! Maggie Smith and Roddy McDowall just KILL me in this movie! In some ways, it's almost like the murder is just an excuse to get these folks in close quarters to see who can come up with the most creative way to knock off their common enemy!
To find the DVD at a nice price is purely an added bonus.

Give it a try -- you'll like it!
A co-worker brought his own bottle of this to work -- and just on a whim, I started using it, to see what the big deal was. Turns out, I REALLY liked it! Gives a good clean, nice aroma, and leaves my hands in good shape, so I got one for my kitchen and bathroom.
