Sharp

This kit is ideal to make a good knife a brilliant knife. Take time and go through the stones your blade requires. Just sweep along your bevel once you know what angle that is?(just try honing stone in each angle hole to find the required one )and then work your way through the stones based on how damaged edge is ? Chase the burr on one side and repeat on opposing side till you loose the burr and move up stones in same manner and if you stick to this format you should end up with the angles dialled in and the best edge you’ve ever had. Ps when attaching rod to stone you may need to check the 90 degree angle on rod it may need slightly bending to make the stone and the rod totally flat to the surface your setting them up on.

Curry helper

Bought this blender because of power and detachable head to make it compact to fit in a drawer and head is dishwasher friendly . The main reason I bought this was for speeding up curry sauce making to make a smooth gravy. I also went for this one because I didn’t want a full kit with big bowls and all the bits you don’t need cluttering up your cupboards or work surfaces. Works great for my needs and it’s Bosch they don’t make rubbish products . Buy with confidence
