Merino wool..not as soft as I thought.
I can't just say a simple 'yes' or 'no'. Over all it's a pretty sweater. I like the look. However, my one and only non-favorable comment about it is that, for Merino wool, I find the sleeves on my bare arms (wearing it in other words) to be, surprisingly, somewhat 'scratchy'. I did not suspect that with Merino wool. So, not sure what to do (won't wear an under garment tho') as it's really not colder yet where I would be wearing it more often (just the try-it-on so far). I'm not dissatisfied with the purchase, and will somehow figure out something to do, but for the moment, that's my only 'drawback' comment. Again, over all a very nice and pretty sweater.
PS Strangely, it did not feel, as I've described above, on my chest or back as much as it did my arms where I noticed it. Could it all be in my HEAD?

Excellent French curve set
I'm an artist and have used these curves by Alvin before. So I was very glad to locate this set on eBay. I've already used then in a project ,to great success. Quite happy to have them.
