  I paid $400 for the deck, I asked him to do $300 he said no and continued to tell me how rare this deck is, which it is. My point is he had plenty of time to tell me there was a huge scuff mark going thru the graphic, and if I knew it was there I would not have purchased. Long story short rare deck or not he should have told me or gave me the deal and I wouldn't be as mad as I am.
