REALLY helps you get to sleep
There are NO cons!! I am dealing with a lot of stress and I put on the CD when I go to bed and I can set my CD /Radio to repeat all night! Listening to the ocean really helps me to sleep. I am a senior taking care of my husband and sleep is VERY important.

Great of your dog or cat anxiety
Excellent for your dog or cats anxiety! I have been using this for my rescue cat for over 5 years and it has made all the difference in the world. She has a extreme anxiety disorder and when we started giving this to her she was finally able to calm down. Even my vet said I could give it to her for as long as she needs it. It is very safe.
