  purchased AirPods Max 2 from you, claimed as genuine, but they are counterfeit. The box is cheap, dated 04/2025, while purchased in November 2024 per Apple’s website. The buttons are loose, materials feel plastic, and they fail to pair automatically with Apple devices. Please address this issue immediately with a full refund
