Leaves skin soft
I love it I brought it for myself I use it on my face before bed. Not a lot I first dampen my face than I put a small amount on my face for a moisturizer. I Love it and it leaves my face soft:)

Body and Soul Fitness - Low Impact Aerobi
I like the DVD because it is a very low impact and at the end of the Aerobic part, I liked the stretches and the extra workout for firming the stomach exercises. I myself had no problems with the audio portion. The only thing that I didn't like was that when they started just a few of the Aerobic steps they didn't show that much of what the foot movement was until they got into it a little bit like ten seconds later. Otherwise I would recommed this DVD to anyone who wants a slow impact workout.
