The Meditation Handbook

I used to own a copy of this book years ago and had given it away. TMH is a practical and clear guide on meditations that open and expand your heart. Additionally, by doing these meditations regularly, one's wisdom, concentration and patience seem to increase. I would highly recommend this The Meditation Handbook or its revision, The New Meditation Handbook, to anyone seeking to make their lives more meaningful.
