  I thought the item was defective. When I complained, the seller immediately refunded my money with no questions asked. It turns out, I was trying to connect it to Bluetooth incorrectly, so I re-refunded the seller for the sale price. Seller was very helpful and friendly throughout. Would highly recommend this seller!

  Shipping went smoothly, and the ipl device was as described. It ended up being defective (not the seller’s fault since it was new and they would have no way of knowing) and they were very helpful and quick in the return process. I would absolutely buy from them again.
