  I received fake Gucci's when the add said authentic Gucci sunglasses. The seller offered to reimburse me the money and I was going to send them back. However, they have not sent me the label nor my money back. No response since. Terrible customer service. And EBAY has failed to help

  This is absolutely not true. All our sunglasses are authentic and we back that up by offering free return shipping. As soon as the sunglasses are returned we refund your money. This buyer never opened a return request.
