I was forced to retire from the Army at 28 due to being injured in combat. I lost my legs from the knee's down. so I am trying to start a new kind of Veteran's company by making all our startup money on EBAY. The main goal is to make enough money to buy some Veteran's some Mini Home's and let the Veterans do the work to make it their own style home. All proceeds go to building the Mini Homes. I understood the situation and gave them a break. But when I finally received my package. I found out that it was repackaged and the original box along with instructions and hardware were missing. I also noticed that the fuses were replaced with mismatched fuses, which makes me doubt that the amp is new. What I received was not what was pictured.

Batteries have good charge, seem legit but I originally bid on 21 pack Energizer brand alkalines- seller communicated after auction- said turned out Energizers were bad but gave option to accept more "medical grade alkalines", so took deal but asked 4cancellation of 2nd Energizer auction where in lead- was outbid @2nd auction so was off hook but concerned seller didn't cancel "bad Energizer" auction- Hmmmm
