Works for Numark M2... because it's AC/AC.

There are quite a few power adapters that claim to work for (in my instance) a Numark M2 mixer. After purchasing the incorrect power supply, I found a comment that the older M2 mixer needs AC/AC 10V. Most of the adapters out there are DC, so they will power the mixer, but the mixer will not work. This AC/AC adapter is what you need to replace the OEM power supply (at least for the M2 in my case). If you have a Numark M2, this adapter will work perfectly.

Good product, but does not work for Numark M2.

As a power supply, it's good. It works... HOWEVER... I purchased this for a Numark M2 and it DOES NOT work for that. As stated in the listing, you have to verify the AC requirements of your mixer before purchasing. I thought I did, but in the end, I was wrong. The Numark M2 requires an AC/AC adapter which is what some older products require. So, if you have a Numark M2, this is NOT the power supply for you. It's a great power supply and I'll be able to use it on other machines, but not the M2.

Just buy it. If you're looking, you already know you need it. And at that price... worth it.

I have another valve spring compressor that was made for compressing springs on heads still attached to the engine block. Well... mine aren't attached and after three days of trying every trick to get the keepers back in, I gave in and ordered this tool. It took longer to open the parcel than it did to get the keepers back in and complete my valve job. BTW, I'm working on a 3.7 Chrysler overhead cam engine. I plan on working on a 4.7 and another 3.7, so I'll use this quite a bit, BUT... even if you just need this for one project, it's still worth it. Good throat depth, the adapters have wide openings that make getting and setting keepers a breeze. If you're someone that gets projects done and isn't interested in making monthly payments on overpriced tools, grab this.
