  A sweet, professional seller. My purchase came well packaged and no issues with shipping. Unfortunately, the little sign that goes on the building was missing. When I reached out to the seller, they were very quick to respond, apologized, assured me they would look for the missing part and ship it promptly to me. That was just fine by me! I assumed that the removable sign fell off during packaging and was lying around somewhere and IT WAS! Seller got back to me and is sending it. Happy Buyer!
