    After over a decade of not having any interest in using eBay,suspiciously after over a year trying to find something,after I look on a message board,one in mint condition appears,transaction falls through because of exceeding shipping costs from eBay and other conditions,transaction was canceled by seller. Apparently your ai didn’t catch of failed transaction. I have no intention on using eBay ever again.

Know what your getting into!
This is Greenleaf Brand dollhouse. The parts are very cheap and brittle. The "wood" is made of particle board. This can't just be put together and look great. You have 3 options when building this dollhouse: use a ton of wood filler on all sides of every small or showing part, replace these parts (that's what I did), or use them as is (that would look really bad!). The parts are very hard to remove from the board and break. I spent a lot of money upgrading and making parts. Not to mention all the stress and all my time, it is supposed to be fun. I would recommend getting a good quality dollhouse and paying more up-front. I had to put out the same amount of money in the end. Next time I will purchase a dollhouse from Real Good Toys.
