WE HAD TO OVERHAUL TO ACHIEVE USABLE STEPS
It is a nice looking product and for the smallest of dogs would probably be ok, but I have a jack russell - 8 kg so not particularly big and yet the steps are so narrow she couldn't walk up them.
The photos seem to leave the impression that they are wider than they actually are, she is 14 years old now and will still keep bobbing up and down off sofas and beds and I want to protect her joints as much as possible.
So we had to adapt it ourselves I went to b & q and got some off cuts of timber and my elderly dad made 3 larger steps to go over the existing ones then I got some better quality carpet (cos it comes with just an office carpet tile type thing on them) and hey presto we got what we wanted.
So yes the actual concept was good but not there in practice.
