As described, this outfit is brand new & incredibly well made, all seems are finished, & with wonderful detailing. Created in a lovely light aqua-green fabric with small white dots, the dress is a drop waist with inverted pleats. To complete the look is a matching cloche hat. Super addition to historical doll displays. Great eBay find & value!
