  The seller was a good communicator. The packaging was impressive, and the shipping was quick. Unfortunately the RP4pro didn’t work as described. Because the seller doesn’t accept returns I was just stuck with this defective RP4pro. I contacted the seller about it, and although he would not accept a return, he was very nice. Sometimes when you buy a used electronic it just doesn’t arrive the way it was shipped.

  The buyer seemed polite and reasonable while communicating. I am convinced that I carefully packaged and sent a functional RP4P to the buyer. As a seller, I painstakingly disclose and specify any known issues beforehand by providing detailed descriptions and pictures in listings. Buyer confirmed that the device worked fine upon arrival. At some point later however, it was alleged to work intermittently. I helped troubleshoot, but to no avail. This outcome is both mysterious and unfortunate.

  Item came as described. My skills in fixing the details to make it work seem not as reliable unfortunately! Quality was on par and seller was always responsive in case of need.

  This item is in immaculate condition. I tested it on the arthritis in my hands. 15 minutes on each hand, Pain was relieved immediately. So it also works perfectly. It was well packed and arrived promptly. Thank you for the great service and perfect product.
