LOVE this item
My physical therapist was using the expensive physical therapy version of this strap that is green and typically at least $30 but this looks like the same thing so I purchased it and it's AWESOME. Love this, works perfect for physical therapy stretching or any kind of stretching. It allows you to get that extra stretch in that you can't usually get without assistance.
