functions well
I did not set this up and install it, but have had NO problems with it since it was installed. It works with Time Warner and by buying it, I got the rental for their unit off my bill. Hurrah!

Be careful if you haave sensitive skin
It irritated the edges of my eyelids and made them itch.

Great for travel
Just used this hiking and traveling for 8 days and found it very convenient and functional. It is so lightweight. It has many pockets, a place for water, and the zippers held. I gave it hard use and there are no rips or even snags. I had a much more expensive back pack, same size, and took this one and am glad I did--I just love it and for the pric e it is an amazing value.
