Poor quality
Yes they are cheap, but so is the quality. They are very rough and need to have the surfaced smoothed before you can use them

Great deal for the money
These were a great buy, much cheaper than anybody else. They needed a little cleaning up and polishing the cutting edge, but for the money I saved it was worth the time.
