Mirror incident
Finding one of our new mirrors smashed and hanging by its wires after a short visit to a wonderful restaurant in Mexico, we immediately found an exact replacement online and ordered it. It came two days before expected delivery date, and we were able to install it and get back on the road safely. We were very happy with the service!

Looking for a replacement for Microsoft Works
So far, I have not been able to build an address book, which was my reason for buying this software. I have not had a chance to delve into the actual workings of the program, so am hoping I will soon be able to figure it out. I have never used Microsoft Office, but was a big fan of Microsoft Works. I was disappointed when I found out that that program is no longer available, but thought I would be able to breeze through learning Office. Also, after purchasing the 2007 version of Office, I found out that support for this version ends in about a month. Since I am retired, I didn't want to spend the additional money to purchase a newer version, when I just need a simple word processor and a database/address book app.

Tiedown Straps...
These straps are much more sturdy than the last ones we bought. They should last a very long time!
