  Hello. I have given a positive feedback because anything else would be wrong. I'm afraid this is not a good story. The parcel was delivered at 12:34 today (13th) but to No. 117, two doors away. The message from the delivery co. showed a picture by a shed. I have been round to several neighbours before finding it. The box had been opened, most of the label torn off and the model smashed to pieces. Why it was delivered there I don't know. This is obviously no fault of yours. What do we do? Zoë.
