I saw, I bid, I won, and I paid. 1100 + purchases on eBay for 15 years never saw such a smarmy move. Seller refunded me two days after I paid with zero explanation. Messages politely asking what happened were ignored for days. eBay police sympathetic but have no teeth. Then the seller re-lists the item with a buy it now about 25% higher than my winning bid. Again, zero reason to cancel me and refund. I guess sellers with character have spoiled me.

Sloppy, slightly defective/unfinished merchandise. Possible "knock-off" components. Came in re-sealed bag with no label or identification.
