The cap is broken
Doesn't come like that from the grocery store that's for sure

Fitting diameter restricts flow
Overall looks and feels quality. However the fitting on the end restricts water flow because it is a whole smaller than the size of a drink straw, smaller than a pencil. See picture.
This would probably be fine for something like running water to a soaker hose, it makes the hose less effective for stuff like using with a pressure washer, or really anything where you need as much water as possible.
