I had an original TS-808 that I traded for a Uni Vibe years ago and I have tried all kinds since trying to find that sound with out spending $1200. Most are really bad and the rest are short of the mark.You have nailed that sound in spades!I'm a tone whore ( there I said it) and I must thank you for this pedal. The Maxon OD-9 with your work is the best I have come across. I know my search is over for the original 808 sound and feel.
So any one looking for THAT tone. Buy this pedal...then buy a back up just in case someone pawns it on you!

Variac 20 amp. Sounds awesome
Was sceptical but it works great
My only complaint is the output plugs could be mounted better
