top value for the price of a cheapie bubblepack radio. Get one or two.
I own two of these excellent radios. Professional grade construction, nice compact layout, loud and clear receiver and hot transmitter. Perfect pocket radio for shopping and keeping in touch with family at the park, etc. Functions much better with a longer 6 inch antenna available for 8 dollars, but the shorty whip is adequate for most applications. Four stars.

Classic broadcast mic
Every bit as good as the EV20, the Shure 7, the Heil 40 at half the price. Rugged, durable, and great sounding from all freqs. Makes the difference in VO work and on-the-air quality. Used them all in 40 years of broadcasting, this mic is as good as it gets. A REAL BARGAIN

Excellent if you know how to program them
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Far better than cheap bubble pack radios for FRS/GMRS service. Built to commercial specs. Takes a beating. Excellent battery life after a few initial charges -- 12 hours min. Loud and clear. Can't beat the price either. You must program them using CHIRP software (google) and a windows computer. The frequencies programmed in at the factory are not legal for use in the USA.
There are youtube guides on the internet if you look for them.
