Wonderful!
For no extra charge I received this in less than 48 hours. I believe this is made in the USA. Shipped straight from Grainger. The nut itself is beautiful, and put to instant use. Much happiness.

I have a bolt that I estimate at 100-120 years old. The threads needed repair or I needed to replace it as I could not find a die to match the currently nonstandard thread form. The file had the correct thread pitch which is independent of the diameter of the bolt. It took a bit of work but it worked, so now my restoration project is back on course with period correct hardware. The set of three files was well presented in a plastic sleeve to keep them together and protect from tool chest damage. Each of the files has 8 thread pitches, four on each end, yielding a total of 24 thread pitches. The file has heavy plastic cover which easily reverses end for end to protect your hands from abrasion. They are marked "Made in USA".
