just was not expecting it to be previously used

the brand i have used before my previous one lasted 23 years this is why i chose it again. the one i recieved was advertised as new with 1 knockout removed when i recieved it 2 terminal screws were missing and it had been hooked up already sometime before. the mounting holes had been drilled larger and there was marks on terminal hookups. this was acceptable because i did work after installed. electrical products should be inspected fully before resell especially if you are selling it as new. thankyou.
