Philips 8GB GoGear media player - excellent little product
I only have this 2 days but I find it a great player. It is compact, easy to use and the screen size is ideal and easy to read. Have a small Sony player with a red screen background which on a bright day is impossible to read. Haven't used the headphones supplied but sound is excellent. Easy to send music to the player from either a USB stick or Windows Media Player. Can play songs alphabetically or 1 2 3 etc in the Folder View option or artist, album & genre. Bought it as a music player to take away with me on holiday and first impressions are that it will be a player that I am delighted with. May even buy a second one and give the sony one away!

Universal Soldier
The reason why I bought this product was because the artist was part of Tangerine Dream for almost twenty years. On hearing this recording, which was released two years after he left that group, it sounds very orchestral. It certainly doesn't have any 'electronic' tinges which I had been hoping for. On first hearing this recording I felt a little disappointed with it. Perhaps in a few months time when I have listened to it a few more times it may become more listenable and enjoyable. As I only own this one Chris Franke CD, I do not know if this representative of all his work. Perhaps other listeners could share their views
