Iron Age Pull Up Bar

Pro's: Extremely well constructed. Great for wide pull-ups and hanging, which has done a great job decreasing back and shoulder pain. Also useful for dips and incline push-ups. Con's: Can cause damage to door trim if not used properly. Steps to avoid damage: 1. ensure that attached braces sit on door trim and not on wall next to door trim; 2. Tape small pieces of cardboard / padding on the back of the braces to avoid damage to door trim.
