Great radio for compact suv
I have a 2021 crosstrek and this fits in the center console. Wires up easy and sounds great. My convoy can hear me clearly. And I love having the option for repeater channels

Some parts are useful.
Got my kit. All the pins work fine. You should check the trigger housing where the connector goes into to make sure its not to big. I ended up ordering a oem trigger housing and connector because it wouldnt sit right even with “adjusting/bending”. The ejector seemed solid. But i agree, slide release is useless. Way to big of tolerance and the spring was weak. It was installed correctly and could not do its job. It was extended how ever lol.Mag release was extended and worked well. For 60 bucks not bad.
