Shipping was slow. When I received the board it did indeed look new even though the seal had been unstuck from the bag. I installed the board and in a weeks time the dishwasher began randomly power cycling every few minutes as if the door were opened and closed. The seller assured me the product was brand new and he does not offer returns. With that said, my experience with this transaction is neutral and perhaps the air is on my end. Thank you. Can’t beat for the price I paid

Decent but wish it was slightly bigger. It’s okay for 2 people but anymore and you need to make multiple batches and it takes time
