  I want my money back because the Item cannot be repaired. seller responded by saying I need to pay more attention to the listing because it states no returns. He stated needs repairs in the listing but this item cannot be repaired....I need to talk to somebody from Ebay.

  The item was listed as used and needing repair in the listing and description. It CAN be repaired, but it will need a professional to seal cracks and buff out the finish. I posted in writing the OEM part# from FORD and that it needed repair and is being sold "AS IS" . On my Ebay account I dont allow returns on any item I sell, all items are described in depth to assure the buyer understands what they are getting. It was this buyers 1st time buying anything on Ebay. He needs to read descriptions!
