  I was sent the wrong model of cinch. There was fluid communication for the return, but I was not given any solution other than a refund. I had to pay 15 USD for the return, but once they received the wrong model, the communication was cut off and they did not give me the alternative of sending me the correct model. For this reason I give two stars, although the return was easy, I lost money and had to buy the machine elsewhere.

  Item arrived damaged. One of the buttons was taped back together inside the package. Seller did not respond to my message. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! They shouldn’t be allowed to sell on eBay if they won’t even reply to messages from their customers!
