Quick Release - Reliable
We have these on five of our instruments. Some have been in use for 7 or 8 years already, and we have never had any problems with them. They hold tight, and do not mar the finish. They seem to have kept the same design, as the newer connectors still fit the older connectors, giving us the option to make the straps interchangeable.

Dan Fogelberg masterpiece "The First Christmas Morning"
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich This is about the 10th copy of this we have purchased. We give a lot of them away. It is one of our favorite Christmas CDs. This album is light, airy, cheerful and solemn all wrapped together, with varied tempos, combining many acoustic instruments to give an old English feel. His vocals are smooth. You can feel comfortable putting this on and letting it play regardless of the audience.
You won't get any Rudolph here. This is a true Christmas album.

An attempt at techno. Buy it if electronic / techno is your style.
This album has several nice tracks (Coming Up, Waterfalls, Goodnight Tonight)that are more middle of the road pop style, however the majority of the album is a venture into synthesized / techno / electronic music with vocals that are "processed". I knew what I was buying, as I have the original LP, and wanted it to complete the CD collection.
If you are a fan of McCartney's ballad and rock vocal style, you won't hear much of it on this album, and if you are expecting guitars or piano, you won't hear much of them either. That said, this is a fine example of McCartney experimenting with a new sound. He has shown his gift of creativity and innovation his entire career, and has a great winning percentage. This one is just not my preference.
This album was made after a string of wins with Wings, and prior to his well produced Tug of War and Pipes of Peace albums. This is a one man show, however nothing like his McCartney album. I'd recommend this if you are trying to complete a collection, however if you are hoping hear something typical of Wings or his other solo works in the 80's, you may be surprised. You may want to listen to several tracks on youtube first so you know what you are getting.
