Good Purchase and a Fun Movie
If you have heard of the movie and like clever, almost cheesy 80s horror flicks, you'll like this movie.
It is done well and fun to revisit this childhood movie that wasn't actually a children's movie.
Classic monsters, tween kids and a German guy. 😆

Metalocalypse is BRUTAL!
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I'm what you could call a "metal head". I listen to all kinds of metal genres. When I discovered there was a cartoon on Adult Swim (Cartoon Network) called "Metalocalypse" I was intrigued. I watched the first episode, and was hooked ever since!
The show is pretty much about a metal band called "Dethklok" and their rise to untold fame. A secret organization of the world's most influential gather to discuss how Dethklok is destroying the world and what they can do to stop the band. Dethklok is practically unaware of this and just play their music.
The band is not very intelligent, and that adds to the humor. They have their own personalities that compliment eachother. Their goal: be the most brutal, darkest, and most metal band to ever live.
This cartoon makes fun of the metal genre and if you are a fan of metal, you'll get it.

A good costume piece
While it does well for costume use, it is still a latex product, and therefore can be tricky to apply and keep on. It isn't easy to clean the glue off the edges. I didn't use a spirit gum, but a very strong bonding theatrical glue. That stuff worked well, but it not completely. Being latex, your face will sweat a bit and that can loosen the edges away from your face. Still, it was a great piece to have and it turned many heads the day I wore it! It's worth the buy, I say.
