Work out with a Hufflepuff
There was never a more Hufflepuffy Hufflepuff than Richard Simmons. He works hard to let you know you are doing a great job and that you can't give up on yourself. It's some seriously adorable motivation.
And if you think this work out is for the "fatties" and the "oldies" and will be too lame/weak/etc. for you, I challenge you to try it. I do yoga and indoor bouldering every week and this workout kicks my butt.
There are plenty of aerobic sets, fun music, challenging moves, as well as floor work, and small weights/arm section.
Richard is a bright unicorn rainbow of sprinkles the entire time and will make you laugh and try harder.
