Sciatica was bothering me....
I was having a flair up so bad I had to lift my leg into my truck, this was after 2 days of laying on the Sacro Wedgy and trying to stretch it out. I had to make a 4 hour drive with all of this sciatic pain. I made the whole trip nonstop sitting on the sacro wedgy. When I reached my destination I went to get out of my truck expecting to have to help my leg out and all of my pain was GONE!!! It was like it was never bothering me!! If you try this a few times and put it down....you don't want to feel better.....give it time and stick with it....learn to relax......the Sacro Wedgy can help!!

I could not live without this thing!!
I used to love getting my neck adjusted at a chiropractor but after I developed a few herniated disks I cant get an adjustment anymore.....this is the next best thing!!
