Warped pieces. Doesn't stay in place.
When we received the ladder we tried to put it together and the top two pieces would not fit in correctly. We tried every which way with all of the other pieces and we just could not get it to fit. The ladder floats when you put it in the pool it will not stay down and the pieces do not fit. This item is defective. Very disappointed with this purchase. I would not recommend this ladder because if he received it some of the pieces might not go together correctly and there is nothing you can do about it. Also the latter does not stay in one place or stay down it floats all over the pool and it's not sturdy at all.
