For this money? YES!!

If you just occasionally need to use a disc drive again with your laptop, this is the easy-peasy solution! Sometimes I even run SSD's and HDD's in a caddy with this and works without problem.

Never again

This was just money down the drain. After switching to a desktop PC, I needed something to read SD cards with. At first glance, this looks quite good. But the only working thing on it is the USB cable - that actually works as a USB 3.0 should, so that's the one star. When the reader is connected, PC detects it. When I put in an SD card, I can even browse the files on it. But if I try to copy something off it to the PC, the speed is about 3 MB/s for about 5 seconds and than drops down to 0. Following that, the PC loses contact with the reader, resulting in an error when copying. There however seem to be a small "moments of stability" - I was able to copy a 100 MB file off it at true USB 3.0 speed...but just once. With another file, the reader got disconnected again. Never again have I managed to actually do something with the files. Seems to me, that it might be just a faulty contact, but wiggling the connectors a bit gave no results (and it wouldn't have been a solution anyway...). Call me crazy, but to me, that's just useles. At least I now have another USB 3.0 cable...

This works great

I bought this to use with our set of N-Strike Elite Strongarms and They work just perfect. At first, they actually go a bit stiffer into the barrels, but no worries, they work just great. But as with regular elites, make sure they are pushed all the way to the back, otherwise, they just spit out of the barrel. Overall 9/10
