High quality, great for a bad back
I first discovered this chair at my office and was amazed that the lumbar support is great for my back (I have a couple bulging discs), so I knew I needed one for home. I was a little nervous that this eBay version of the chair wouldn't be the same quality but it actually exceeds my expectations. The chair is heavy and clearly made of high quality, durable parts, just like the one from my office. The only negative is that it doesn't roll and the weight makes it a little tough to move around. So I wouldn't recommend it for my elderly mother, for instance. But for everyone else, it's fantastic.
