    I was very happy to see the package today when I came home today. The package did look a bit bang up, but I have seen worse. I opened the package very slowly; the bubble wrap was not hard to get off. Disappointment started when I took the white paper off. As I took the paper off the base piece fell off. As I took the paper off the middle of the vase a large piece became loose. Then small chips fell on my counter. You said there was a crack on the white base you missed the one on the top.

Not commercial quality
I read the other reviews & was excited to buy this rack until we received it. Absolutely low quality & the wheels are not heavy duty casters but super cheesy plastic. I paid nearly $40 to return it & am super happy to have it out of my life. If you wanna waste money just pay $40 for the cheap one because this is just as bad.
