  A scarce quartet in the described condition (two with small thins). Fast international delivery with very high shipping cost (US$22!!) but this too was disclosed in the listing. I adjusted my bid accordingly. Vendor used recent high value stamps which arrived un-cancelled. Well packed. Recommended seller but the expensive shipping discourages bidding.
