Did not work
Did not run when I got it. I have to send it in for warranty work.

easy to wire up. It works great and sounds are good.

Hard to assemble
I have put hundreds of models etc. together and this was really hard. The parts are very small, and the instructions are not the best. I even had to remake a few parts myself to get it finished. It does look good when done and adding the motor makes it a great addition to my layout.
