  Not positive I believe that the buyer is returning their used product to me as opposed to the new product I sent them. I’ve had this happen before and it’s unfortunate. That one or two bad apples on eBay can ruin the reputation of a seller. Who’s trying to run an honest business. I offered to get a full refund and return which is in progress and I find it unfortunate that the buyer had to leave such a nasty review after I’ve made every effort to make it right, even though I believe they received

  The seller was extremely apologetic and helpful on their end. There was a definite “mix-up” with the product sent and the seller was quick to offer a return and refund service. They care for their customers and didn’t aim to send a wrong product or post a misleading product.
