Add this Crochet Book to your personal crochet library!
This book is a must for any crocheter who is just starting to crochet or who is experienced! The crochet stitches are illustrated in full sequence photos. There is a size conversioin chart in the book for converting hooks from metric size to US size. Sometimes I find crochet patterns from the UK I like and this conversion chart will come in handy for the right crochet hook to use. It is a good idea to learn both US and UK crochet patterns in my opinion. This book helps with everything crochet from A-Z just like the title of the book states! I'm very glad I have it for the crochet stitches and the new stitches I see in the book!

Great condensing book for using natural organic herbs
When I saw the description of this book, I thought it compelling to use as a helpful aide with using, combining, and using herbs with meds. Most medications originally stated from herbs made from tinctures or powder form down through the centuries. This book gives specific dosage and ways to use the herbs, what the herbs are good for, as well as side effects of the herbs in combining them with today's meds. It is always better to use natural herbs to help heal the body. However, there are some cases of where pts have to use meds until they can completely use herbs without the meds to get them on their way to natural healing. Meds are made from chemicals not herbs any more. That is why there are side effects to meds and meds that conflict with each other. Meds are damaging to our body organs as well. So using this handbook for natural herbs and their usage is excellent to come across.
