  The colour I chose meant the middle letters of my name were completely obliterated, in other words - it just didn't work. I threw the mug away. I'm surprised the vendor packed and posted it, tbh, seeing how awful it looked. If they'd contacted me I would have been willing to pay for a different mug that clearly showed my name, as depicted on the listing. I can't believe they thought I'd be happy with the way it looked!!

  so I simply ask ? ok why didn't you contact me I would have gladly changed it or refunded you. but hey ho you had to write this but the world is round and you just simply cant please everyone all the time would you like a refund if not I will donate the costs to a Cancer Charity which I raise funds for for the profits of these sales
