  Slight issue but we can all make mistakes, its how we address the issue that's important & sellers communication throughout this problem is what was important & her communication was brilliant hence it don't warrant me marking down her positive feedback to neutral/negative. As for the bunny she have done a brilliant job, I love it & so will my Granddaughter when she visits over the weekend. Only arrived yesterday but it was worth the wait & I did eventually get it after a long delay. A+++++

  What a beautifully made cow. My bovine loving friend will love this when I give it to her as a gift. It is a quality item and very good value, I was so glad the Seller accepted my offer. Item was as described in the listing and both the postage and packaging were fair.
