Led H4 hi/low bulbs..
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I purposely bought this type of thermal led bulbs because I've hardly any room for a fan style bulb between headlights & front panel, i do most of my driving at night in the country & Motorways so needed brighter lights, the problem is the way the H4 Led bulb works.. the 4 chips all work at once.. 4 leds Low same 4 leds brighter for Hi, unlike a standard 2 filament H4 bulb where 1 works on reflector 180° Low the other on open 360° Hi beam.. the beam pattern is blinding other road users as they are throwing light into oncoming traffic... not a direct replacement for UK roads.. they are bright but very patchy & also don't shine 360° more like 270° if you aim it on a flat surface 2 V shapes & 2 45° dark areas.. I've included photos against a door so you can view the odd pattern.. from 1mtr 5mtrs & 15mtrs Also fitted in a Td5 Discovery.

306w 4D light bar... failure
I bought one of these light bars & yes for the 1st 30ish days was very good for the price but... driving on the Motorway in torrential rain it fogged up the next day.. obviously got water inside it.. odd due to the extensive waterproof rating it has.. upon checking the unit there is No seal where cable goes into unit.. over the next week 3 leds at a time started to fail.. 1st flicker then go out.. after 2mths 21leds had failed out of 103.. then 2mths 27leds failed.. & 9 more were flickering like crazy & I was issued a vehical defect notice to remove the unit by police..
I stripped unit apart & only 1/2 of lense had any kind of seal.. if sealed properly I guess wouldn't of failed so quickly.. & would of been a great led bar for the price... sorry not good quality... waterproof rating incorrectly advertised...

1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Very quick delivery, good quality & lines up perfect unlike other cheap replacement items, good strong mountings & flange plates but you will need replacement M10 bolts to fit it as standard box has studded bolts that won't shift!! Stainless are best, Sounds great with a standard silencer still fitted..!! 5☆☆☆☆☆
